    • Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of exterior and interior building systems including; floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, door hardware, locks, foundations, roofs, trim, painting, light masonry, furniture, shelving, cabinets, stairways, and other related items.
    • Completion of corrective and preventive maintenance work orders in a safe and efficient manner with minimal re-work. Effectively plans and coordinates activities.
    • Working up to personal ability level in other Maintenance trade areas as needed.


    • High School diploma or GED equivalency
    • 3-10 years’ experience working in a commercial, residential, instiutional or industrial environment performing relevant work
    • May require some overtime and work outside of normal business hours.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently or as team player with minimal supervision.
    • Able to use current Windows based computer programs for basic administrative tasks such as email and time keeping.
    • Valid Driver’s License
